Our Associate Curator, Mike Bianco, has a food blog! It’s called The Potter’s Kitchen. He’s awesome, and has really shown me the ropes around here. And he’s a great cook! He showed me a video of himself one Thanksgiving roasting an entire pig in his backyard here in Marfa! Also sometimes I think he’s the only other person that understands how much I love barbeque, burgers, and hot dogs. Check it out!
